Product Description
The RZR 570 is a great addition to the Polaris RZR lineup. However, it lacks the same thing all the other RZR's do.. GROUND CLEARANCE. Racer Tech once again brings you the ultimate solution for added ground clearance, added chassis strength and improved handling characteristics.
This kit is completely safe for your CV joints and in true Racer Tech fashion, it’s easy to install and makes your chassis stronger where it connects. The lift is essentially the same front channel we currently offer for the RZR 800 which is a tried and true design. The rear uses a new “clevis” design which slides over the upper shock mount from the inside of the chassis. Installation for the rear requires removing the engine access panel in the bed and removing the air box (which is very easy). Once the air box is removed the upper shock mounts can be removed and our new part can slide over the OEM shock mount and be located by the supplied bolts which mount in to the OEM shock holes. After this there are two simple holes per side to drill to positively lock this component to the chassis with the supplied hardware. The holes are through a single plate and the location is set for you by our part so this install is even easier than our RZR 800 design.
After some time on the market, this kit continues to impress with 100% positive feedback from every customer we've spoken to. Not only does it provide the much needed lift but it also corrects the geometry enough that the machine feels no more tipsy than before and the handling is actually improved!
This kit allows the user to continue to use the OEM front and rear sway bars if desired by using the supplied spacers which come with the kit.
This kit comes powdercoated satin black with all hardware and instructions for installation.
Note: This kit does not work with aftermarket shocks. The longer spring assembly on aftermarket shocks will rub on the upper A-arm.

This is a very well designed and very well made product. The rear mounts require drilling to install. I used a 3/8 bit. The air intake box must be removed to access the mount points. I could not get the rear sway bar connected. A longer rod is needed for it to be truly functional. The front is one piece and very easy to install. It gives an honest two inch lift.
