We run bushings made of this exact material on ALL of our SCORE race cars and long travel sand cars. We usually run them dry too. Putting grease on anything built for off-road just creates a vacuum for sand, dust and silt. The less of this that sticks to the machine the longer it will last. We have found through the years however, that some areas of the world and some types of riding seem to prefer greasing and in these cases the bushings can last longer IF lubed religiously. The idea is to "flush" the contaminants out of the pivot assembly. For better flushing capabilities select the cylindrical grooving option. This is a groove we machine in the inside diameter if the bushings to create a track which can disperse the grease more evenly and flush more effectively for the applications which require greasing.

The grooving option is done to order so please allow us an extra week to process these through the shop.

These bushings are sold as a complete INNER PIVOT kit for the 08'+ RZR, RZR S and RZR 4. They will fit a stock arm, any of our RZR long travel kits OR any other long travel kit which is designed to use stock dimension bushings. This kit is for the inner pivot bushings only. No sleeves included. Rear outer kits and inner sleeves are available separately.
