Replace the soft springs on your standard suspension RZR with Racer Tech's spring replacement kit. Everybody knows the front springs are way too soft from the factory so they sell spring spacers. This is not a good way to fix the problem. It is only a band-aid. By over pre-loading a soft spring it changes the valving requirements of the shock and the factory valving isn't adjustable and was not designed for 1-1.5" of additional preload on the stock spring. Also, by adding preload to the factories under rated springs, the preload is just going too far into the usable compression of a coil spring. Use this kit and find out how good Racer Tech can make your stock RZR ride and handle. We were recently able to revisit our design and eliminate the billet springs retainers which used to be needed with this kit. By doing this, we were able to reduce our costs and we decided to pass the saving on to you!

This kit comes with two (2) Silver Racer Tech springs. We realize there are other options out there for spring replacements but everybody knows you get what you pay for with us. The other companies sell springs made in China. Chinese springs use the same low quality material Polaris uses for their OEM springs which is the reason why all of these springs sag substantially in very short time. We use nothing but the highest quality materials and draw on our years of experience in the off-road racing world to provide top-notch products which will last for years. Racer Tech springs will not sag beyond the normal small amount you would expect from a high quality coil.

A spring compression tool is required for installation. Spring compressor not included.

Spring Rate Options - We've recently added a second option.

Medium - This is our traditional spring rate which is pretty much a one-size-fits-all. This rate is what we recommend for almost everyone out there. It works good to bring your front end back up to the original ride height or even a little more. This rate will give you better use of your factory preload adjusters.

Heavy - This is our newest option. The heavy rate kit is really only for the guys who are carrying what they consider to be "more than normal" payloads. These work great on RZR's with loaded hood racks, heavy bumper/winch combos or plows. This is more than what most people need for spring so we don't recommend this option for most. If you are a seasonal plower, we recommend using the medium spring set with our spring shims below for the winter and then removing the shims when the plow comes off for the year.
