This kit was being tested before the RZR was readily available to the public. Years later it is still one of the most wanted kits on the market. With hundreds of hours of R&D in this kit it's no wonder this is the kit serious race teams are running all over the world now in desert and endurance racing. This isn't going to be the cheapest kit you'll find in your searches by any means but if it's cheap you want you're looking in the wrong place. At Racer Tech we build extremely high quality functional designs made for the most brutal racing imaginable. The RZ6 is our crown jewel.
The RZ6 kit boast 14" of functional travel, rear upper shock mount relocation, complete ball joint and tie rod replacement and 100% TIG welded boxed 4130 Chromoly A-arms. The track width is increased approximately 12" (depending on ride height) and the wheelbase is stretched .75" forward and 2" rearward. To replace the ball joints we use massive 7/8" heim joints custom made for us from the strongest materials by FK Bearings, They are virtually indestructible and also provide infinite camber adjustments to fine-tune the steering characteristics. The spindle adapter system used is also made of high quality Chromoly and stainless steel. For the tie rods, we use our proprietary design HD tie rods replacements for a complete replacement of the factory tie rods from the rack bar out to the spindle. With almost a thousand of these kits in the world and zero failures, this is yet another component we have proven will never leave you stranded. We relocate the rear upper shock mounts with an incredibly light weight mounting system which ties the entire rear upper chassis section together perfectly while providing optimal shock geometry for all around uses. The front upper geometry is able to stay the same due to the modified geometry of the lower shock mounts on the arm.
This is a system we stand behind completely and offer our lifetime guarantee against bending or breaking of the arms. We have done enough testing and racing with this system to be able to setup and custom valve the shocks chosen for almost and indented use you may have. We recommend adding one of our weld-in chassis gusset kits when installing this system if you have the means for light welding. We also offer full delrin replacement bushing kits and high precision pivot sleeves for all points for the ultimate in durability and performance.
We now offer this kit pre-built to fit your chassis after a Weber motor conversion by Wasteland Performance. If you have a Weber conversion or are building one, select this option above and your right rear arms will come ready to bolt on.

andy and tony are great guys to deal with,and the kit blows away the competitors I've tried,first my friend tried another w/o the h.d. tie rods,they broke,bent the arms and no warranty!Second this kit works & rides better,my shock guru says its because of the shock/suspension geometry being right,unlike the other kits he's set up,and racer tech went over the top in answering my questions that came up when setting it up (Posted on 12/17/11)Quality Price
