The factory long travel is pretty nice but the arms are weak! Racer Tech has raised the bar once again in innovation and technology. We've designed a complete kit you can bolt on to your RZR S or RZR 4 and still retain the OEM shocks, axles and brake lines. These arms are guaranteed for life just like all of our arm kits. They eliminate the worthless ball joints with our race-proven heim joint replacement system which also allows for handling adjustment with camber changes. These are a boxed-style arm which provide the maximum strength for the weight and render a virtually bulletproof set up. Options include our race-proven, indestructible HD Tie Rod Replacement Kit, powdercoat choice and your choice of axles.

All necessary hardware and instructions are included with this kit. THIS KIT WILL FIT A STANDARD RZR TOO! If you want long travel but don't want to sink the big bucks into it you can source your own shocks and axles of a stock RZR S and bolt together your own kit for a fraction the cost of all-new aftermarket components.

Your choices for axles include Summers Brothers Racing replacement shafts which utilize your factory CV joints. Select "OEM Replacement Axle Shafts" if you're purchasing this kit to put on a RZR or RZR 4. If you are purchasing this kit for a conversion of a Standard 50" RZR choose the "RZR S Conversion Axle Shafts". We also offer Rhino brand axle shafts and Gorilla Axles which are complete axle shaft replacements and come with larger CV joints and shafts than the OEM uses.

Here's a great testament of what Racer Tech arms are capable of withstanding. It is worth noting the only thing that stopped this customer’s ride was a broken factory tie rod.
