This kit, when combined with our other bolt-on gusset kits, takes care of everything you need to make your RZR race ready. Kit is priced WITHOUT weld washers for the A-arm pivot points. If you want these washers, you have two choices. The FLAT weld washer upgrade is the easiest upgrade to complete. These are flat laser cut parts you can weld on to your pivot points on the chassis. The flat washer kit is a simple job to install if you’re welding the rest of the kit in. The FLAT washers are shown in the item image. The STEPPED washer kit is a machined 4130 chromoly part which makes the actual shear surface one continuous diameter. This is ideal but most likely only for the very serious racers. To complete the stepped washer installation you need a 5/8” extra-long drill bit or a step drill on an angle grinder to ream the original holes in the chassis oversize. - Note: as of 1/18/11 we have started supplying a few extra gussets we've decided to add to our standard kit. The new gussets include a pair of pieces to be welded underneath the rear cage mounting plates, a pair of capping style gussets to "box" in the leading front lower A-arm mount, an additional pair of gussets to weld in directly below the rear axle CV joint and a pair of brackets to reinforce the horribly weak bent tube that comes down from the dash bar to the base of the chassis.

you dont realize how much your frame is flexing till you ride it after installing racer techs frame bracing,go all the way with there frame stenghting prouducts,rail inserts,front roll bar mounts,a piller brace, and throw in someones weld in tube inserts,tie the front end together with there brace and front bumper. Sure its a fair amount of work and money,but my freinds have spent far more repairing and replaceing parts and dont get the solid feel,increased steering precision,and my rzr has takin a beating that would have wadded a stock one,it's hard to describe how much better it feels (Posted on 2/25/12)Price Quality - Better than I even imagined! Tony explained what was need to be reinforced and after breaking a front a-arm mounting point on my third ride, I purchased the Gusset kit. What a difference! Landings on the MX track are much more secure/confidence inspiring.Quality Price
I would guess the chassis is now 200% stronger, I feel a lot that much more confident. My only regret was not getting it installed before I tweaked the front end. If you have a UTV you need this kit, Preferably before something happens!
